As per the dictionary Formality means strictly conventional behaviour. Yes, it has the capacity to spread negative vibes at the fastest speed because formality in my point of view means showing of the fake emotions in front of the person which is of zero value. Even sometimes that includes back biting too. Means as and when formality enters people become two faced. Misunderstanding, miscommunication, loss of love, jealousy and anger, because of these evils the baby named “Formality” is born. This baby grows stronger day by day and the result is the real attachment dies. Hence, let our formal behaviour die and let it give birth to the unconditional love. Even the formal education will make you a living but self education will make you a fortune. Yes, above were the restrictions of Formality but what if this Formality is vanished from the universe???
