“Boss” word itself sounds scary. The first thing comes in
mind when you think of a boss is the person who will make one to do the work
he/she wants or who thinks of only revenue from the organization. But as my
view goes there should be a leader in boss. The one who should work along with the
team and not the one makes them work under pressure. As per the survey out of
100% only 20% says my boss is the person who understands me.
Have got to know from views of the people that many
employees who is in financial crisis or personal issues are not able to work
properly and give 100% output, so here the role of boss or the team leader
begins. But have seen instead of consoling or helping the one, boss shouts or
cuts the salary. A big WHY?
Atleast one should ask what the problem is. Atmosphere
becomes so disrupted that the employees are not able to make themselves
comfortable and as a result low output. This will affect other employees too. Even
there is less output, salary gets half. What is this? A MENTAL TORTURE. Sometimes
it is so some other things plays role for low output not only less efforts.
As a Human Resource Person I have learnt motivation is the
biggest tool management can use. Motivational law says, “The more you motivate
your employee (cash or kind) the more is the output. As I have observed if there
is incentive scheme in the organization but when at the time of giving forgets
or don’t give. Why so? At the time of cutting down the salary one even don’t
think of the situation,
True even employee should be loyal and faithful to the organization.
But if he is giving his 100% why the management is no able to motivate. It has
been also observed sometimes it also happens due to little mistake of an
employee he gets insulted by boss/manager. But at the same time if the same is
shown to them in personal and not insulted he/she will take care more next
time. Be a Leader and not a Boss.
At
the end we all are humans, mistakes happens, we all are emotional and we all
have a family someone please do understand the situation and be the Leader who gets
praise and revenue both but not a back talking.
