Profession Which Makes Nation!


Almost all the professions are affecting the society in one or the other way. But the most important or we can categorise as crucial is educating the society. I am here talking about teaching profession. Yes, Teachers are the strongest pillars in building the nation. They clear the base and do finest cultivation of the person in such a way that benefits the society. Path of teaching is really very difficult because whatever teacher speaks or else what teacher does become the teaching to the students. So it is very vital to behave in such a way which influences mindset optimistically.
People nowadays have made this “most respectable profession” as a medium of earning only otherwise thinking prevails that if we have nothing to do we can be a teacher. But this should not be done because teachers are those which are building nation. One must be more careful while teaching the students. Our (Teachers) small act can influence others. One dialogue from bollywood movie Super 30 gives best message that is- “Jab ek ghar mein ek bacha padh leta hai na ... toh us ghar ka, us pariwar ka, maata pita ka, aane wali saat pushton ka ... sabka life hamesha ke liye badal jaata hai.” Which means – “When a child of a house becomes educated ... then his house, his family, his parents, and his future generations ... all their life changes forever”. So teacher by educating one child, educates the entire family.
The Sanskrit Shloka, “Guru Brahma Guru Vishnu Guru Devo Maheshwara” orders us to respect teachers as God. Teacher is all in one with the characteristics of Parents, Guru, Leader, Motivator, Influencer, Knowledgeble, Educater etc. Because this is the profession which will move our nation in such a way that it could be the most peaceful one. Even one dialogue form Hichki movie says- “Ek aam teacher padhata hai ... ek acha teacher samjhata hai ... bahut acha teacher ho toh khud karke batata hai ... lekin kuch teachers hote hai joh humein inspire karke jaate hai zindagi bhar ke liye” which means An ordinary teacher teaches ... a good teacher explains ... a very good teacher shows an example by doing himself ... but there are some teachers who inspire us for the entire life. Heroic Teacher  teaches his/her student in such a way that one will pass his all the toughest exam. Because it is said that outside of the school when life takes an exam, then it is not subject wise.
Nowadays this profession is slowly transforming into business. It is shame that teachers are going for earning money and students are left uneducated. This is also one of the reasons that society has less values and peace is ruined. It is a small request to teachers let us make our country proud, let us be little selfless and let us educate future in such a way that they can frame the better society. Better society includes freedom of speech, freedom to education, freedom to peace, freedom to live own dreams, freedom to choose truth, freedom to leave corruption and freedom to optimistic path. Only teachers have that capability to build the nation.
