It is said
that food gives us energy but do we know which type of food will give energy?
We think we eat food to suffice our hungriness. This is not the reason but the
reason is to keep our body fit. Our ancestors live long life because they had
pure and healthy food. What are we eating nowadays Pizza, burgers, sandwiches,
bhelpuri, maggie etc. Are we getting any nutrition from these junk?
Food is our basic
need, it is for our survival. Tastes do matter but nutrition is more needed. This
junk food is very tasty but as and when we eat this food, it gets stick into
our stomach for many days and does not get digest. Here the problem starts; we
start suffering from gas, acidity, stomach ache etc. Even it makes us TAMSI (angry)
and we are surrounded by negativity. This is true fact. Even you can feel the same by experimenting on
two kids. One should be given simple homemade food and other should be given
junk food for ten days. See the state of mind of both the kids.
We are
harming our body. Are we going to live long as our ancestors? No, because of
food, they use to eat pure ghee, milk, green sabji, fruits etc and what WE eat Maggie,
pasta, burger, pizza etc. so hardly we will live for 55-60 years. I have seen
even parents giving their children wafers and cold drinks, but friends here we
are spoiling their future because they are not getting any vitamins, nutrition
etc. When they will become of our age they will be suffering from leg pain, stomach
problem etc. Make habit of the food from which we get energy. Generally it is
observed that weekends are spent by eating this rubbish, and ladies are not preparing
food on Sundays because they need rest but this is harming us. Sometimes it’s
ok but not every day. It is rightly said HEALTH IS WEALTH. Eat good food and
live healthy, wealthy and wise life.
