Have you
imagined a day without servant not at home or all the sweepers on strike? Nooo,
one feels like he/she is half sick without them. Why this is so? Because the habit of not doing
the same work by ourselves and that have spoiled our habit. I am not against it
but I want to notify that one should not depend on the same.
Some thinks
doing small work is the sign of poorness and it decreases our status. But my
view goes on the side that if these small people (which we think that they are
small) will not work than what will happen? There will be garbage, dust and
stinking everywhere. Will we be able to live in this type of atmosphere?
No work is
small or big because one is depend on the other. Employer is dependent on
employee, employee depends on workers, workers depend on peon etc. This cycle
goes on and on. If out of this any one group fails cycle will get disturbed. This
was the one instance. This happens at our home too if for one day maid will be
on leave the stress starts i.e. how will I reach everywhere, we will say “aaj
kaamwali baai nahi aayi hai, pura kaam muje karna padega to mere paas time nahi
hai.” This is in hindi which means especially women will say with sadness,
(today maid is absent, I will have to do all the work by myself and because of
that I don’t have time.) It sometime makes me chuckle.
Keep in mind
no work is small because small work also counts. Doing this work is not at all
easy because it needs courage, washing others clothes, cleaning toilets, sweeping,
gutter cleaning etc. We will not be able to do all this easily. Think are we small or these people are big?
Never underestimate them because if these people will go on leave than imagine
the situation. WORST or we will be start doing by ourselves.
