This tremendous book is written by Dr. Rachna Dave. She is a knowledgeable and experienced Orthopaedic Physiotherapist, Reiki Healer, Blogger, and Health and Wellness Coach. This is a great book with the right knowledge about the cure of issues related to Vitamin B12 deficiency. One feels that Vitamin B12 is more from Non-Vegetarian Food But this is just a myth claims the author. She explains that the deficiency is due to Drug Side effects, Poor Digestion, or poor diet. She signifies that roughly 80% of people suffer from Vitamin B12 deficiency because of their poor diet and poor gut health.
