here beautifully shares her personal story of when she was diagnosed with
Vitamin B12 deficiency. She started taking medicines for months as advised by a
doctor but that too stopped working after some months. She completed the course
of the injections too but it came back. The doctor advised Rachna to take an
injection every month but the author knew that something is wrong here. So, she
went to her roots and found the solution to her cure in Ayurveda. She started
researching this more. She checks patients’ health and diet history first and
then gives solutions.

from their diet. She quoted that Vitamin B12, or cobalamin, is a
water-soluble vitamin that is important in enzymatic reactions, normal blood
formation, neural function, and metabolism of proteins, fats, and
carbohydrates. She has designed 90 days course to get rid of Vitamin B12
deficiency without taking medicines or injections.

interesting book containing 90 pages. The author has given her heart to serving
people suffering from Vitamin B12 deficiency. The language is very easy and
understandable. Amazon has rated 5 stars and google has rated 4.5 stars. I
completed it in 4 days and got to know that lifestyle and food habits matter a
lot. Strongly recommend this to get freed of Vitamin B12 deficiency. I am
grateful to the author that she compiled this to serve the people.
